The location is so central that it walkable to many ,many great restaurants, and attractions.
The people were all so great specially Quan and Anh. They helped us navigate the city, and arranged tours and transport for us.
My family had a wonderful time in Hanoi.

Hospitality is all I will remember from this hotel. All the staffs are extremely nice, always have a nice conversation with the staff. They speak English really well so communication was very easy. Friendliness, tentative and professional.

Highly recommend this hotel if your staying in Hanoi l. The rooms are clean, comfy, safe in room, friendly staff and great breakfast. What really makes this place amazing is their manager Jennie! When I arrived her went over my plans for Hanoi and recommended and changed them, even saving me money on a better experience! I've seen her on his day off at the hotel to ensure his guests have all they need. She is really made my stay fantastic!
